Rolling Marver Info Page
The Small Barrel Rolling Marver is great for most beadmaking.  Scott uses this one for almost all of his marvering.  The Large Rolling Marver and the Stainless Steel Rolling Marver are recommended if you are working with boro or make very large beads because it can take higher heat, but the marvering action is the same.

This rolling marver is made of brass and the marvering barrels turn easily on sealed stainless steel bearings. The marvering action is smooth and slippery and can be applied easily from many angles because the end is open and the mandrel can pass through it.
I invented rolling marvers because I wanted to reduce the amount of surface shifting that happens when marvering. Too much sliding and the surface of your bead will start to shift. This tool pushes in from two angles instead of sliding pressure from just one angle. It is a great versatile tool that works especially well with The Electric Mandrel Spinner. Quickly shapes your bead evenly and you can get great ends. Bicones, Conicals, Cylinders...easy!!

"Just wanted to let you know that I'm really liking the rolling marver I bought at the Gathering. I haven't used it exclusively but am getting used to reaching for it and using it when applicable....and it is really nice and smooth to use and does seem to save some time over the long run." - Beth Williams, MA - http://www.bethwilliams.com/
